Movie Maker Add-Ons
Windows Movie Maker allows you to add custom transitions/effects/titles. These get installed in C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX. I have custom add-ons for either:

Windows Movie Maker 2.x:
XP versions from WMM 2.0 to WMM 2.6
Vista version WMM 6.0
